My 7 course tasting menu at @wlondonhotel prepared by Chef Ben Murphy @benmurphychef was a treat for my eyes 👀 as well as for my mouth!😋 My favorite dish from the #WDiningSeries was the venison with parsnip purée and pine! My venison was perfectly cooked and the purée was a perfect balance to the dish. 🍽

This menu was created as an inspiration of Chef Ben Murphy's childhood with dish like beetroot rose and oxtail tartare and the Egg and Foie Gras eggs and soldiers. Each dish had a unique story to tell of how Ben grew up and developed his passion for food. Some of the dishes were not exactly my favorite, but it was fun tasting them, hence the name "tasting menu"!
