My wife and I wanted to try this, and we were not disappointed. Though it is listed as a cold dish on the menu, the tofu actually came out warm. We took all of the other ingredients and just dumped it into the bowl with the tofu and gave it a stir. Sooo numski! The tofu was very fresh and we liked the consistency.
