Short ribs , mashed potatoes , cipollini onions , mushrooms, poach egg , horseradish. This does not meet my definition of a hash since it's mashed potatoes. It doesn't say it in their description but there were some small fingerling potatoes and I didn't see any mushrooms, so maybe they substituted them. If I don't think of it as a hash, and just a short rib dish, it's delicious! The concept of an egg on top of mashed potatoes was a little weird, but it didn't taste bad
