First you have to hunt the boar down... then clean it up and make jerky! Ok... not really. It's not that kind of festival. Luckily these adorable Renfesters have already done all the dirty work and are offering up some VERY tasty jerky made out of locally caught animals, complimenting flavors of fennel and smokey goodness. Now if only they had wet wipes in Medieval times...
