KUROBUTA HAM AND EGGS

This was an off menu special with a brown butter biscuit and gravy. Kurobuta is the pork equivalent of Kobe beef. It was very good, but the biscuit and gravy were the standouts. How spoiled are we? On a table filled so much amazing food, we were just like "yeah, it's good" 😁
