Soba noodles with mushrooms, egg, peppers, bean sprouts, white & spring onions and garnished with shallots, pickled ginger and sesame seeds. I generally get this without mushrooms and on udon noodles (simply because I prefer them to soba noodles). A Wagamama classic and one of the most popular noodle dishes from here, you simply can’t go wrong with this dish. The flavours all blend together so well, creating heaven in your mouth. This dish can also be made vegan by asking for it on udon and without egg!
