Bitesize tuna hosomaki, topped with spicy mayo. I’m not usually a massive fan of spicy tuna rolls and prefer just a regular tuna maki roll, however I decided to give this one a try and I was actually really impressed! The spicy mayo adds a nice touch to the tuna maki, but isn’t overwhelmingly spicy, meaning you can still taste the slight sweetness of the tuna.
