Red kidney beans, rucola, greek yoghurt, cheese, lemon juice, onion, garlic oil and olive oil on a soft shell tortilla. I would call this more of a quesadilla than a taco, but it’s still delicious nonetheless. Amigos’ tacos are so filling, but still leave you wanting another one. This is probably my favourite out of the vegetarian tacos I’ve tried from here.
