Loved all but one....crispy yucca, anticuchos, choritos a la chalaca, giant corn, fried calamari & leche de tigre. We attended a Plant Nite event. Friend: Let's split this skewer Me: OK. Friend: Tell me if you like it. Me: (skeptical) Why?!? Friend: It's beef. I take a bite and literally 1 chew..... Friend: It's beef ❤. I couldn't spit it out....I had a bunch of strangers around me, the napkin was cloth and I had plants all on my table. I just swallowed it. 🤢🤪 I know it's all in my head but I can't wrap my head around organ meat.
