A perfect end to our meal (making up for any bad dishes we had suffered thru - and complimenting the good ones) was this yummy crema catalana. While it was fun to escape the main dining room and it's free-for-all buffets, the best tapas were obviously found outside the hotel - which you will see in the next few days. ;*) (teaser!)
