12 oz. I am a ribeye person and not generally fond of New York steaks but this cut was perfect. Not a single tough or grizzly part to it. It cut like butter and it was seasoned very well. Some people may have thought it was a little heavy on the salt but I loved it! It was served with I think caramelized onion gravy. Whatever it was, it was delicious. It came with a slaw. That slaw was so amazing that I'm going to review it separately #dinela
