All the meats (beef, lamb & pork) were so tender and succulent. The duck fat roast potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. That gigantic yorkshire pudding. The sweet seasonal veg (caramelised carrots 😋). To top it all off, the bone marrow gravy that I couldn't stop drizzling.
