Salmon & tuna poke bowl with sushi rice, avocado, sweet potato, seaweed, crispy onions and nori sheets. Really nice blend of flavours, especially from the salmon and seaweed and the warm sweet potato was a nice contrast to the rest of the cold ingredients. I loved the fact I could customise this dish and choose my own toppings to create my own bowl.
