Skirt steak, pesto, mozzarella, roasted chili oil, caramelized onions & cilantro. This was so wonderful. Medium rare skirt steak were the jewels of this flatbread and the cracker crust made this somewhat lighter and again, let the toppings shine. I would definitely order this again and look forward to trying all of their other flatbread offerings.
