Their BBQ sauce are really tasty and they sell them at their “Country Store” that’s situated inside the restaurant. Their original BarBQ Sause is spicy with a good kick even for me. Their “Sissy Sause” is for...well... spice sissies. :D They have this cool condiment cart after you pay for your food where you can grab as many hot peppers and other condiments you like in their provided paper plates. The picture you see on the bottom left is to show you that’s how you get your food. It’s a cafeteria style where you line up and order your food, then they put each order on a sandwich paper then put them directly into a plastic bin/tray. There’s no plate! You need to go and fetch a sheet of wax paper from a roll on the side of the condiment track which you spread onto their wooden table and eat on top of it. I’m new to this type of resto so I was totally lost at first and didn’t know that we were supposed to line our table with the wax paper until I saw other people doing it. LOL There’s a sign up on the wall that says “Clean up after yourself. We’re not your mama.” haha
