From this new 🍙 place in Kakaako (which was totally out of my radar). This is definitely the first Natto Musubi(yes...go figure) I've ever tried in my life, due to the nature of natto...maybe sushi rolls or gunkan were I thought, the only possibility & option for easily consuming this(IYKYK). Peeled off the wrapper/film...yeah, sticky/slimy the usual texture and the distinctive smell & flavor were of course still there, but surprisingly not too overpowering as I bit into it(the second photo). A bit tricky to eat but accetable texture. Wish it had a lil more either salt or soy sauce in it, tho.
