Suuuuper interesting. This basically a massive sushi roll type wrap - seaweed on the outside, with a layer of rice... But that is where the similarities end. They put almost an entire salad's worth of veg inside, with beef brisket, shimeji mushroom, asparagus, sesame seed... and an incredible ginger teriyaki sauce. An asian burrito, if you will - like what Señor Lee might make (if he existed... which he probably does. Somewhere.) 🌯🍚🐂 AWESOME! 😂
