This is a set vegetarian meal. Although they have a menu of what's in it each day, they do not explain to you what each individual item is. I had to do all my research afterwards at home. That's too bad because this is definitely a great way to explore different flavors and try new things, so it's good to know the names of things that you actually like. I am not vegetarian, I am a serious carnivore, otherwise I might have rated this higher.
