PIZZA WITH PROCIUTTO & ARUGULA

For me the best pizza is in NY,NJ or Pa. A lot of the places I’ve been in Europe usually fail (except Italy, I have not been yet)at pizza but Germany has gotten it right for me a few times now. I scoffed at the idea of this topping a long time ago but once I tried it I love it. The crust was super thin and crispy. The pie was large for one, I didn’t think I could eat it all but I did. Super tasty with red chile oil added on top. I had no idea if it would be any good here and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.
