These were unlike any banana baked good I’d ever produced because while you could detect banana, it didn’t overwhelm the other elements in the mix. It was balanced with the tartness of the cranberries and the bittersweet flavor of the chocolate chips, along with the fragrance of vanilla in the soft and fluffy crumb. Anyway, I finally rid the freezer of those long-standing cranberries!
