Perfectly tender meat. Every part of this dish compliments each other beautifully. From the flavourful, tender slices of beef to the crispy, delicate matchstick fries. Not forgetting a creamy yogurt sauce to essentially bind this whole dish together. Paired this heavy meal with turkeys own beer and it went down nicely. This is the No 1.
