BUN NAM ROM HUE

After being to Vietnam I still rate Pho as much as I used to, I don’t think anyone gets as much flavour into a veggie broth as they do. I had the bun nam rom hue (three mushroom and tofu spicy noodle soup) Bron had the pho chay (three mushroom and tofu noodle soup) and we shared the crispy veggie spring rolls 🍜
