Toasted slices of Italian bread, topped with rocket, cherry tomatoes, courgette, mozzarella, onion, garlic and oregano. The mozzarella on this was to die for!! It was super melty and stringy and tasted amazing mixed with the onion, garlic and oregano. I’m not usually a fan of courgette but I didn’t actually mind them on here.
