This tasted quite nice. It's lacks a clear flavour, but that was mostly because somehow most of the seasoning was right at the bottom, so to finish up that marinade was quite impossible due to how salty it got. Again, once added teriyaki sauce, it tasted much better, so there is always a choice at Itsu. The chicken was nicely cooked, cut thin and therefore juicy.
