It’s Father’s Day, and it’s an early celebration! Vanilla & Chocolate, a classic combination, as a 7” ice cream cake. Simple, and well-balanced in flavours and sweetness. Made with real vanilla bean and semi-dark chocolate (by Valrhona, that French gastronomic chocolatier). Sandwiched in with a couple of thin layers of vanilla sponge cake, and lightly laced with fine ground peanuts. Decorated with various pieces of nice chocolate. Is it good? Yes. Is it exquisite?
