The coffee ice cream I tried to make for my birthday was a dud and I’m not one to ever waste anything if I can help it. So I experimented a little with a cold brew using some expired coffee grounds, what was supposed to be the coffee ice cream, some ganache and a banana. So good in this oppressive heat! 😋
