This is a damn good pie, not just for the flavorful filling of wagyu Beef and caramelized shrooms, but also the jaw-dropping precision in the lamination of the pastry (I mean, what sorcery is this?) which BTW is buttery and flaky AF. I also love the addition of poppy seeds, fennel seeds, sesame and a bunch of other seeds I’m probably missing to the pie lid. Top notch. I can’t think of any other way to improve on this.
