What a seriously lovely cheesecake... moist, creamy, no sign of cheating with gelatin anywhere... this was properly baked for the exact amount of time needed, and it shows. And it tastes. HEAVENLY! Not too sweet... slightly tart orange, but not overpowering. The best dessert I’ve had in a while! 🎂
