It sounded fabulous with iceberg and arugula and slivered carrots and Parm and walnuts and a honey-balsamic vinaigrette, but it was very meh. Probably because the "honey-balsamic" came from a bottle. There was also some sort of prosciutto that wasn't in the description. Eh.
