"Gin-cured salmon with avocado cream and balsamic-orange dressing." Toast with avocado and smoked/cured salmon is, to me, one of the most perfect foods on the planet; the chef behind this dish must disagree with me, because there were all sorts of strong foreign flavours in it that made it very hard to taste either the salmon or the avocado. Didn't enjoy this at all. €5.80
