This pizza has no cheese - in fact, it’s an aptly named #vegan pizza... and you know what? It is FREAKING DELICIOUS!!! I didn’t miss the cheese at all. Crazy. Tangy sundried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, butternut squash “cream”, asparagus, and fresh basil... all on a charcoal 48 hour fermented sourdough crust (this crust is an option on any pizza).
