Decent Eggs Benny with added bacon. Hollandaise starting to split though and if I'm really critical, the bacon was a bit rubbery. Needed longer on the grill to caramelise a bit. But the hash brown underneath it and not in this pic was fab - thick cut and really crispy on the exterior yet had a fluffy potato interior to mop up the runny yolks from the poached eggs.
