Doubles is one of the most loved street foods in Trinidad and Tobago! So great to find it in London! 🇹🇹 It's fried flavoured flour with curried chick peas (channa) and any other sweet or savoury toppings you like. People tend to add tamarind sauce and a bit of pepper. This one had grated cucumber as well! Yum yum!
