I always wanted to try this place & finally made it there today. I was torn between this and regular noodle but decided on this one. And glad I did. As the name explained, It is HUGE, thick, gooey/chewy, almost meaty blanket noodles in flavorful mushroom broth, seasoned with schezuan spices & chilis. Wasn't sure on their degree of spice level, I just went with 1, but ended up adding a couple of spoon of chilli seasoning. I guess I could up more but definitely next time. YES, I will be back✌🏽
