For the Japanese Melon Fair, essentially the Legendary Fresh Cream Cake with most of the fresh strawberry component replaced by sweet and juicy melon from Ibaraki Prefecture. By the time I got home with this, the cake had already warmed quite a bit and had gotten wet from contact with the ice pack, so not as good as it could’ve been. The fruit was delicious though.
