Crab, cucumber, mayonnaise and Japanese omelette maki roll, topped with salmon, tuna, prawn, sea bass mackerel and crispy onions. I really liked the crispy onions on top of this roll, it was a nice variation to a usual rainbow roll. I was also pleasantly surprised to have mackerel and sea bass on top of the roll, rather than just tuna, salmon and prawn.
