with blackberry compote and warm sea salt caramel pouring in action. OMG!!! This was sooooo good! The rice in the pudding was al dente and just slightly sweet, leaving room for the salty sweet caramel and tangy compote to balance it out just perfectly! The caramel was so good I could just drink it by the gallon! :D
