I'm a fan of the Pitmaster Scott Serpas, so I had high expectations. Decent smoke but a little over cooked for my taste. Not a fan of "fall off the bone" ribs. I need a little bite. It's the carnivore in me. The cole slaw however is tremendous! #atlchowhound #howdoyoufood #eatwithme #myfoodchain
