Belgian waffles topped with crushed avocado, poached eggs and hollandaise. The waffles were super soft, as was the crushed avocado, and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection. The hollandaise sauce also had a nice sourness to it which complemented the sweetness of the waffles and avocado well.
