I was expecting a whole trout on my plate like I saw in pictures online before I went, and the reason why I went, but they have cutified the dish and it’s now like this. Still a good dish though, trout baked with red curry paste in a banana leaf. I loved the fresh Thai basil and kafir lime leaf shreds!
