OMAGERD... this was some SERIOUS mac'n'cheese. Perfectly plump but still firm noodles, creamy truffle-infused sauce and a crispy bread crumb topping that was the crowning glory on this amazing side dish. The flight back to the U.K. would be worth another dish of this heavenly goo!
