It says soufflé on the menu but it’s actually a soufflé pancake. But damn... this was so good. So soft and fluffy like a unicorn! I’ve never had pearls outside of a drink before so this was a first. And somehow, it worked! Amazeballs. This also came served with a scoop of ice cream which is your usual average commercial scoop, a bit eh. I was told when I ordered this that their soufflé is “Super fresh and made to order” and that there will be a 20-30 minute wait. Best to order this only when you have time to kill.
