Is this really vegan? Impossible! Melted Monterey Jack with the Impossible patty, caramelised onion, sautéed mushrooms and toasted buns. The patty tasted like beef, included the smell of the grill char. Still can’t believe it’s not beef. #Impossible #Vegan
