“A thick rice and black gram crepe topped with chutney powder and spiced potatoes, served with chutney and lentil sambar” ~ I predict that after I’ve gone thru the entire menu at MTR, this will still be one of my favourite items there. The spongy dosa soaks up all that delicious ghee while the chutney powder adds a bit of heat and dimension to the dosa. The crisp edges were delicious too and provided a nice contrast to the otherwise soft crepe. Will definitely reorder this one!
