Watermelon cubes topped with minced cilantro. Dash of fish sauce. This chef is genius at playing with different flavors. Fish sauce!! Who would’ve thought?? It was spectacularly refreshing! This prelude to our absolutely fantabulous meal happened at our Vegas FS eat-up thanks to Paul Ryu and his GF Mindi. First time I’ve ever been to an eat-up and it was an event to remember for the rest of my life! People turned out to be some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met (not to mention non-psychos...trust me, I had my own share of nightmares - LOL) and the genuine caring and goodness that exuded from Paul (my Korean bro from another mother :D ) just warmed my heart. Please enjoy the incredible foods that I got to enjoy with my fellow FSers! Cheers to friendships!
