NORWEGIAN WILD SALMON WITH WASABI CRUST

Now this dish was cooked well, but one couldn't help but to feel like perhaps these were basic 'frozen fish pieces' that were bought at Aldi. The wasabie "crust' was really more like a smear of some very mild wasabi tinted goo. Such a shame, really. They tried to be inventive but it was another epic FAIL. The strangest thing was how the restaurant was packed and everyone else seemed really pleased with the food. Mayhaps our fellow townfolk have lower expectations than us, or maybe we are too critical. But we won't be going back.
