SOOT’S TAKE: Part of the SIMPLY SALMON series. While I was unsure how the half-boiled egg was meant to be eaten, it greatly improved the taste of the rice (which tasted like soap 😳) after a great deal of it was leftover from the disproportionately large 🍚: topping ratio.
