Pan fried UK Rose Calves’ liver served with red onion jam and rosemary & garlic roasted potatoes. My Girlfriend had this, she likes liver but this was not cooked enough for her and she chewed and removed most of it because there was a sinewy bit running through it that probably when cooked for about 3 weeks English style would probably not be noticeable.
