round, hollow puri (fried crisp) filled with a mixture of tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas. Served with flavoured water. My mum is from Mumbai and loves places like these as they apparently taste as close as you can get to the real street food of Mumbai
