Rhubarb, black sesame, broccoli and dandelion greens. Without all the sauce and black sesame paste, the scallop was really sweet on its own. But the weird thing was, although the scallop was pretty rare in the middle, it had this rubbery texture, and the black sesame paste was way too strong for the delicate scallop flavor. This is one example when French Asian fusion gone wrong.
